Individuals who cancel 10 business days prior to the class date will receive a full refund. For cancellations made less than 10 business days prior to the class, a 50% refund will be issued. Notification of cancellation must be received in writing.
Substitutes for a registered attendee may be made at any time. In order to receive the Eagleson Institute certificate, participants must attend the entire course.
