What are the requirements for international participants to enroll in your programs?

The requirements are the same for all students. To be successful in our courses, participants should:

  • Be Mechanically Inclined
  • Have A strong understanding of math, including Algebra
  • Have Proficiency in English

Do you provide assistance with visa applications?

While we do not handle any government documents such as visas, we can provide support materials:

  • Invitation Letter: Available upon request
  • Proof of Enrollment: Automatically provided at registration (two receipts). Additional documentation can be arranged if needed.

What accommodation options are available nearby, and what are the estimated costs?

Each class has a courtesy hotel room block. Once you register for class, you will receive that information.

  • Estimated Cost: $100–$180 per night (varies by season)
  • Transportation: Public transportation is limited, so renting a car is strongly recommended. For international students that can’t drive in the USA, we can assist in finding transportation options.

  • Lunch is provided on all class days, but dinner is not included.
  • Transportation: There is limited public transportation. For students that can’t drive in the USA, we can assist in finding transportation options.

    • Portland International Jetport (PWM): Closest airport, but flight availability may be limited
    • Boston Logan International Airport (BOS): Larger airport, approximately 1.5–2 hours away by car
