What Is a Typical Day in Class Like?

Here’s what you can expect during a training day with us:

Arrival & Morning

• Arrive between 7:30–8:00 AM
• Enjoy light breakfast and coffee
• Class begins promptly at 8:00 AM

Dress Code

• Casual attire is welcome
• If you have composite or steel-toed shoes, please wear them on days in which we have tours or labs in the manufacturing plant. If you do not have them, we can provide safety toe covers for your use

Meals & Breaks

• Snacks and lunch are provided each day
• Multiple breaks throughout the day

Class Format

• Many classes feature lectures in the morning and hands-on workshops in the afternoon

Special Events

• Day 1 of class: Most classes include a Baker Company special event

Completion

• Students receive a Certificate of Completion at the end of the course, provided attendance complies with Eagleson Institute policy

Student Support

• Our Eagleson office staff are located just outside the classroom and are always available to assist you
