BIOGRAPHY
Vanessa Grégoire is a Senior Analyst at the Johns Hopkins Center for Health Security and a Research Associate II in the Department of Environmental Health and Engineering at the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health. Her research primarily focuses on building trust and addressing misleading health rumors; countering information manipulation campaigns related to chemical, biological, radiological, and nuclear (CBRN) threats; and strengthening public health preparedness and response. Vanessa actively contributes to the G7-led Global Partnership Against the Spread of Weapons and Materials of Mass Destruction’s Counter WMD Disinformation Initiative as well as the TRUST in Public Health project, and has previously contributed to the development of the Practical Playbook for Addressing Health Rumors. Prior to joining the Center for Health Security, Vanessa was a professional athlete.
